Authorization revocation and local data deletion process
Authorized company administrators can disconnect Amazon seller accounts and request deletion of locally stored Amazon data.

A company administrator disables the Amazon store connection from the internal store management page.

The administrator revokes the Amazon SP-API authorization in Amazon Seller Central or Developer Central when required.

The system stops all future synchronization jobs for the selected seller account and marketplace.

Stored Amazon refresh tokens are removed or cryptographically destroyed.

Locally stored Amazon data is deleted or anonymized according to business, accounting, and legal retention requirements.

The deletion action is recorded in the audit log for internal compliance tracking.
Deletion Request Contact
Internal deletion requests can be sent to 13960312085@163.com. Requests should include the seller account name, marketplace, requester name, and reason for deletion.
Important Note
Deleting data from this internal system does not delete data from Amazon Seller Central. Amazon authorization can be revoked separately from the Amazon account authorization settings.
