2. Service Scope

The service supports the Company's own Amazon stores and related cross-border e-commerce operations, including product information organization, listing support, inventory and order follow-up, advertising campaign management, keyword and budget analysis, sales and traffic reporting, Brand Analytics review, settlement and fee analysis, operational alerts, internal content management, and API-based advertising and operations automation.

3. Services Not Provided

The service is not a public SaaS product, consumer marketplace, payment platform, logistics carrier service, agency service for third-party sellers, seller onboarding platform, financial advisory service, legal advisory service, or tax advisory service. The Company does not provide account custody, sales guarantees, advertising return guarantees, or buyer-seller transaction matching through this website.

4. Authorized Users and Accounts

The admin portal and internal tools are available only to authorized employees, managers, or representatives approved by the Company in writing. Users must log in with their own accounts and must not lend, share, sell, or publicly disclose credentials.
